This salad isn't actually Irish but it's pretty, and it boasts the colors of the Irish flag! Wonderfully sweet pears and segments of juicy oranges sit on a bed of spinach and are studded with bits of feta cheese and chopped pistachios, all doused with a sweet citrus vinaigrette.
